A character concept inspired by the dark, decaying worlds of Dark Souls and Bloodborne.
The Booklover is a reclusive figure from a forgotten library, consumed by an insatiable hunger for knowledge. Their body has withered into something barely human, fused with ancient books that have taken root in flesh and bone. A tome has replaced the head entirely, its pages forever open as if still reading, still searching.

Silently crouching in the dark, surrounded by melting candles and the stench of damp parchment, this creature no longer speaks — it only reads, endlessly. Perhaps it’s searching for a forgotten name, or a final truth scrawled on some cursed page.
